1. Introduction

SocioMee AI, the platform available at sociomeeai.com, is owned and operated by Mee Group (Yash), Mumbai, India. Throughout this document, "SocioMee", "SocioMee AI", "we", "us", "our", and "the platform" all refer interchangeably to the same service. By using sociomeeai.com or any SocioMee AI product or feature you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• ✦Must be 18 years or older
• ✦Must provide accurate registration information
• ✦One account per person
• ✦Not available where prohibited by law

3. Account & Credits

• ✦Free plan: 20 credits per month, AI content generation only
• ✦Pro plan (₹499/month or ₹3,999/year): 180 credits per month, all apps, all tools, connect and schedule up to 8 platforms, 4 YouTube uploads per month
• ✦Pro+ plan (₹1,999/month or ₹15,999/year): 300 credits per month, everything in Pro plus Remove Background, AI Upscale, AI Summarize, Custom Folders, PDF Password Protect, Custom Share Links, 8GB Cloud storage, unlimited Screen Recording with cloud save, audio and video conversion, 15 YouTube uploads per month, and early access to Bulk Schedule
• ✦Credit costs: AI content generation 10 credits per platform, Deep Research mode 15 credits total, AI Coach Standard 1 credit per message (Pro and Pro+), AI Coach Advanced 3 credits per message (Pro+ only), Hashtag generator 2 credits, Hook writer 2 credits, Bio writer 2 credits, Subtitles and translation 2 credits, Notes voice to note free, Thumbnail analyzer free, Notes auto-tag 1 credit, Notes AI summarize 1 credit (Pro+ only), PDF OCR 10 credits (Pro+ only), YouTube keyword analysis 2 credits, YouTube video score 3 credits, YouTube upload 5 credits, Viral predictor 5 credits, Convert file conversions 2 credits each
• ✦AI Coach is a strategy and troubleshooting assistant, not a content writer. It will not generate finished captions, hooks, hashtags, or scripts on your behalf; use the Generate tab or platform tools for that. AI Coach is limited to 20 messages per month on Pro and 50 per month on Pro+, and will decline requests outside content strategy and platform planning.
• ✦Credits reset monthly on your billing date and do not roll over
• ✦Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• ✦Feedback credits: submitting the in-app feedback form awards 5 credits to your account. One submission is permitted per account. Feedback credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are awarded at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the feedback reward program at any time without notice.
• ✦We reserve the right to modify credit limits with 30 days notice via email or platform notice

4. Acceptable Use

Users must NOT:

• ✦Use SocioMee for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• ✦Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform
• ✦Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as a standalone service
• ✦Use automated bots to scrape or abuse the API
• ✦Violate intellectual property rights
• ✦Generate spam, misinformation, or harmful content
• ✦Present unverified rumors, predictions, or allegations as confirmed fact
• ✦Upload, store, or share any illegal content through any SocioMee feature, including but not limited to SocioMee Share, SocioMee Notes, and SocioMee Cloud — this applies to content you store or transfer, not only content you generate
• ✦Make specific claims about ongoing legal proceedings or regulatory matters (e.g. SEBI, court cases, government investigations) involving named individuals or companies
• ✦Accuse a specific named person or organization of fraud, crime, or wrongdoing without independently verifying the claim

We do not actively monitor private content you store or share through SocioMee's features. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, upon becoming aware of a violation through a user report, legal process, or automated detection. We cooperate with law enforcement as required by applicable Indian law. SocioMee Share enforces a strict file-type allowlist (images, video, audio, documents, and archives only) — executable and unknown file types are rejected at upload. A user reporting mechanism is live: reported files are deleted immediately from our systems. SocioMee is registered with the NCMEC CyberTipline as an Electronic Service Provider (registration approved July 2026). NCMEC is recognised as a trusted flagger on our platform. Hash-based CSAM detection is active via the CyberTipline ESP program. Any CSAM identified through file-type validation, user reports, hash-based detection, or law enforcement requests will be removed immediately and reported to NCMEC and appropriate authorities, regardless of whether the content is otherwise private.

4A. Notice and Takedown

If you believe that content generated or hosted on SocioMee defames you, violates your rights, or constitutes illegal material, you may submit a takedown request to [email protected] with: (1) your name and contact details, (2) a description of the content and its location, (3) a statement explaining the basis of your complaint. We will acknowledge takedown requests within 24 hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days, in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021. We are not required to notify the user who created the content before acting on a valid legal takedown request.

5. AI Generated Content

• ✦We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content
• ✦Users are responsible for reviewing content before publishing
• ✦AI content may not be used for misleading or deceptive purposes
• ✦SocioMee is not liable for how users use generated content
• ✦AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies, including about real people, companies, events, or ongoing situations
• ✦You are solely responsible for fact-checking and verifying AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it
• ✦Speculative or rumor-based content (e.g. trade predictions, casting rumors) should be clearly framed as speculation, not fact, before publishing
• ✦Content generated on regulated or professional topics, including but not limited to finance, investing, stock markets, medical or health matters, and legal matters, is for general informational and content-creation purposes only. It is not financial, medical, or legal advice, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for verifying such content with an appropriate expert before publishing or acting on it.
• ✦Content generation settings including persona, language, niche, tone, and format influence the style, language, and structure of AI output. These are creative parameters and do not affect the legal responsibility of the user to review and verify content before publishing. You remain solely responsible for all content generated under your account regardless of which settings were selected.

6. Intellectual Property

• ✦SocioMee platform, design, and tools are owned by Mee Group
• ✦AI-generated content belongs to the user who generated it
• ✦You grant SocioMee a limited license to process your inputs to generate content
• ✦Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute SocioMee's platform or UI

7. Payment & Subscriptions

• ✦Payments processed by Razorpay
• ✦A GST invoice is automatically generated and emailed to your registered email address after every successful payment. Your GSTIN (if applicable) can be added by contacting [email protected]
• ✦All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• ✦Pro and Pro+ plans are available on monthly or annual billing cycles
• ✦Paid plans use Razorpay Autopay (e-mandate). By subscribing, you authorize Razorpay to automatically charge your payment method on each renewal date (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You will receive an advance notice from Razorpay before each charge as per RBI e-mandate regulations.
• ✦Credit top-ups are one-time charges and are not recurring. Top-up credits are non-refundable once added to your account.
• ✦No refunds for partially used subscription periods
• ✦If you are charged in error, charged twice for the same transaction, or a payment fails but funds are deducted, contact [email protected] within 7 days with your payment reference ID. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days
• ✦Coupon codes may be applied at checkout for Pro monthly plan only. Valid codes are shared via our official social channels and community. Coupons cannot be combined, applied to annual plans, or applied retroactively. We reserve the right to expire or modify coupon codes at any time.
• ✦We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• ✦Failed payments may result in plan downgrade

8. Cancellation & Autopay Management

• ✦To cancel your subscription and stop future autopay charges, use the Plans section in your account dashboard, or email [email protected] from your registered account email
• ✦You may also cancel the autopay mandate directly via your bank's net banking portal or UPI app under the mandates or autopay section — this stops future charges at the payment source
• ✦Cancellation requests submitted via SocioMee are processed within 2 business days
• ✦Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refund is issued
• ✦After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan and retains any unused credits already granted for that billing period until they expire
• ✦Downgrading your plan also cancels the existing autopay mandate and creates a new one for the lower plan amount if you select a new paid plan

9. Privacy

Your use of SocioMee is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Platform Integrations

• ✦Connecting YouTube, Discord, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Telegram, GitHub, Facebook, or any other supported platform is entirely optional
• ✦We access only the data you authorize via each platform's own connection process (OAuth, bot installation, or webhook)
• ✦We comply with each platform's own Developer Terms (YouTube API Terms, Meta Platform Terms, Discord Developer Terms, Pinterest Developer Policies, Telegram Bot API Terms)
• ✦You may disconnect any platform at any time from Channel Settings
• ✦Disconnecting deletes the associated stored credentials and data from our systems

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

• ✦SocioMee is provided 'as is' without warranties
• ✦We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• ✦AI content quality may vary based on the topic, persona, language, niche, tone, and format you select. SocioMee does not guarantee that output generated using any specific combination of these settings will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended use.

11A. User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mee Group, its founder, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (1) your use of SocioMee in violation of these Terms, (2) content you generate, publish, or distribute using SocioMee, (3) your violation of any third-party rights including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity, or (4) any claim that your use of SocioMee caused harm to a third party. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account.

12. Limitation of Liability

• ✦SocioMee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• ✦Maximum liability limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months, or ₹500 for free-tier users, whichever is greater
• ✦Not responsible for third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

13. Termination

• ✦We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
• ✦Users may delete their account anytime from Settings
• ✦Upon termination, data is purged per our Privacy Policy

14. Force Majeure

• ✦We are not liable for delays or failures in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, third-party API or platform downtime (Google, Meta, YouTube, Discord, Razorpay, and others we integrate with), natural disasters, or government action
• ✦Credits are not automatically refunded for downtime, though extended outages may be addressed at our discretion on a case-by-case basis

15. Governing Law

• ✦These terms are governed by the laws of India
• ✦Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts
• ✦For disputes, first contact [email protected]

16. Changes to Terms

• ✦We may update these terms with notice
• ✦Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms
• ✦Major changes notified via email
